Access to information
Sensitive traveller details are encrypted in the application database; authorised access is limited by user role. Do not send card numbers, CVVs, bank passwords or unnecessary health information in support messages. See the Personal Data Notice for processing purposes and request rights.
Payment & reservation status
A bank-transfer notice does not automatically approve payment. An authorised administrator checks the bank movement and records its reference. Supplier confirmation is tracked separately. Card collection remains disabled pending TEB integration; this application currently provides no card number or CVV form. Check the domain, recipient and quote currency before payment.
