Your quote describes the hotel/room, meal plan, tour or transfer route, dates, party, inclusions and exclusions. Pay the full selling price shown in the quote currency; it includes our selling margin. Any excluded local taxes or additional services must be identified separately in the quote. Undisclosed additional charges do not constitute your consent.
Payment & confirmation
Bank transfer is available only when the recipient and IBAN for your quote currency are displayed. Sending a transfer notice does not mean payment has been received or your booking confirmed. The bank receipt is verified first; supplier confirmation is recorded separately. TEB card payments remain disabled pending bank integration.
Quote validity & changes
Observe the expiry shown in your quote. Request a fresh price and availability check before paying an expired quote. If the supplier cannot confirm the quoted conditions, our team will explain your options; a different service or price requires your approval. Statutory rights for unfulfilled services remain unaffected.
