Parties & scope
The seller/service provider is identified in the business details below. The buyer and travellers are identified in the reservation form. The quote title, dates, party, service description, total, currency and special conditions define the transaction. This general page alone is not a reservation or supplier guarantee.
Collection & supplier handling
The customer pays the full selling total to our business. We separately pay the product cost to Fly2Any or the relevant supplier using our own payment method. This site does not collect customer card details to forward to Fly2Any. Receipt of payment alone is not a confirmed reservation before the supplier confirms.
Accurate information & documents
Traveller names must match their travel documents. Check visas, passport validity, child ages and participation requirements before travel. Corrections and special requests depend on supplier acceptance; any additional cost requires prior approval. Keep a copy of your quote and accepted terms; you can request a written copy from our team.
Cancellation, complaints & statutory rights
The cancellation page and quote-specific conditions apply. Services qualifying as package tours require their own package tour agreement and pre-contract information. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by general wording. Contact us with your reference for complaints; applicable Turkish jurisdiction and monetary limits determine access to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts.
