Controller & information collected
The controller and request channels are identified in the business details below. Web forms collect contact details, travel preferences, traveller identity/age/nationality, passport details when necessary, billing details, contractual approvals, payment notices and transaction references. Support correspondence and session/security records are also processed. This application does not collect card numbers or CVVs.
Purposes & legal bases
Quote and booking handling relies on entering into or performing a contract (KVKK 5/2-c); invoicing and statutory records on legal obligations (5/2-ç); fraud prevention and information security on legitimate interests balanced against your rights (5/2-f). Protection of rights in disputes may rely on 5/2-e. This site does not separately obtain marketing permission.
Recipients & international services
Necessary booking information may be shared with the relevant hotel, tour/transfer operator or supplier such as Fly2Any; necessary payment/invoice records with the bank, accounting providers and authorised public bodies, limited to their purpose. Where an overseas recipient is required, the recipient, scope and a mechanism compliant with KVKK Article 9 must be established separately. This notice alone does not authorise overseas transfers.
Retention & your rights
Records are retained as necessary for the service, applicable statutory retention duties and protection of rights; deletion/anonymisation is assessed when the grounds end. Exercise your KVKK Article 11 rights through the written contact channels below with information allowing identity verification. Statutory procedures and response periods apply.
