Your quote conditions
Your quote must state any free cancellation deadline, time zone, cancellation charge, unused service/no-show conditions and refundability of the agency service fee. A general “non-refundable” label cannot remove statutory rights. Request clarification before paying if a condition is missing or unclear.
Withdrawal & dated travel services
Accommodation and leisure services for a specified date or period may fall within exceptions to the general 14-day withdrawal right. Free cancellation is not automatically promised for every hotel, tour or transfer. Package tour rights are considered separately; applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Requesting cancellation & refund
Send your reference, traveller name and cancellation/change request in writing through the channels on our contact page. Receipt of a request is not supplier cancellation confirmation; our team will report the result and any charge. Eligible refunds are handled within statutory deadlines through the original payment method in accordance with applicable rules. Bank processing times may vary.
