Where & when is the service provided?
The service is provided on the dates and at the hotel, tour meeting point or transfer route identified in your quote. Tell us the time, flight details, terminal, baggage, child seat and special requirements before booking. Our team will explain any request that cannot be met or requires a charge.
Confirmation & travel documents
After payment verification our team handles the supplier process. Once supplier approval is recorded, your customer page shows the confirmation/PNR. Our team separately shares any required voucher, ticket or supplier document through your recorded contact channel. This application does not promise automatic ticketing or automatic email delivery.
Before your trip
Contact us if required documents have not arrived, details differ or supplier confirmation is missing before the service starts. A transfer notification or bank receipt alone is not a hotel check-in document, tour ticket or transfer voucher.
